SPAR International 2019 – A Six-day Conference
We helped create a six-day conference for over 330 international participants.
We took care of the arrival logistics for all the guests, including their luggage, which we picked up and delivered to their hotel rooms.
We provided and coordinated all 15 venues, including accommodation, transportation, day trips, boat rides and dinners.
For each of the venues we provided a special event experience, including musical and art performances, workshops, sightseeing and wine tasting.
